Haha, it was an accident, but it was a photoshop layer style, and it's called a stroke effect, and it was probably a 1PX stroke knowing me. If you want to learn how to do it I totally wrote a stupid how-to for my job. It has pictures and some helpful jive.

But if you know anything about Photoshop, here's how you do it without having to read the article:

-Double click on your layer thumbnail (or right click on the thumbnail and select "Blending Options)
-In the layer style box click "Stroke"
-Adjust your settings within the stroke panel.
